Re：Tongues in the funny pages Date Posted：20/03/2015 11:28 PMCopy HTML A Revivalist member once told me that to speak out against 'Tongues' is blaspheming the Holy Spirit and as long as one speaks in tongues, if nothing else, is saved. How further from the truth can that be when one is shown from scripture; " “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved— " In bible context blaspheming the Holy Spirit is that the teachers of the law were contributing Jesus' works to Satan's power rather than to the Holy Spirit. (Mark 4:30) It seems that Revivalists are the ones doing the 'blaspheming' by contributing tongues for salvation rather than of God's Grace and Faith in Jesus. ?
