$%*'`[Tofu is disgusting]%*'`@So... the real truth comes out.PJK went over to Moruya to see for himself all the hype that was going on..He attended the meeting and sat there and observed. After the meeting, discussions were held and Steve Atkin was told that what he was doing was a little over the top and innapropriate and to tone things down a bit...From there, Steve Atkin decided to leave. So he wasn't "put out" as some of you like to think.Around 30 people have decided to go along with Steve, and most of them being "young folk".If anyone wants this confirmed, talk with Steve... this is what I did. Straight from the horses mouth.

Reply to : Tofu is disgusting [Anonymous]What i wanna know is did JK raise his hands in worship? I have heard from old timers that they used to many many years ago but then

I have been told by a very early member of RCI (CRC?) that not only did they raise their hands, they sang in the spirit and it was not uncommon for people to fall under the power of the Holy Spirit when prayed for. I believe Lloyds ministry started with honest intentions and annointed of the Lord, but the struggle to keep power of his kingdom and his pivitol possition-ego and greed took over. Reply to : amazing journeyWow - that id so sad!! My husband and I were listening to it thinking "Yes, preach it!!". Interestingly, he made a humerous comment about it maybe being his last talk. Maybe he just knew?I remember very clearly one of Tom M last talks at the Adelaide RF titeld "I have a dream", a powerful message which proved to be his last there. Funny, sitting there in the congregation I NEVER for one moment saw it has anti-RF or going againtst the assemblies doctrine or 'stand'. I found it hard to understand whyit wasnt received by the rest of the oversight with the same enthusiasm as myself and others. By the way, that was many years before my family finally decided to part ways with the RF (it wasnt like we were sitting on the edge of our seat waiting for a change or a chance to run - we were still happily si

Well, Male Member -  if  "this" raises concerns for you I certainly hope you are praying fervently for him?  Come on - are you for real??  I'm surprised that more people don't have nervous breakdowns what with the treatment they receive from some of the oversight.  Before you spread gossip maybe you should phone him and find out if it's true - or are you just trying to start some rumour to discredit him?  Funny how when people leave the RF, all sorts of ' rumours'  start getting around.  (usually from the oversight to prevent anyone else leaving)

Even if it is true, is there some reason we should be ' made aware' of it ? If he had the flu, would you have written a post about him saying we should be aware that he's had the flu??

Anyway, my prayers are for Steve & his wife and I WILL ALWAYS UPHOLD MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST IN PRAYER !  And if you were a Christian so would you !

Sheesh!! I can't help adding to the list of those registering my disgust at this comment. I'll pray for you. The gutter-level nature of this comments stinks. (The same as similar comments about LRL in times past.)

How many of your pastors are "teaching for doctrine the commandments of men" and "naked" before God despite thinking they are "rich and increased with [spiritual] goods"? Who would be more in conflict the God of the bible? Them, or someone who (allegedly) had in the past been ill?  (And yes, I know this applies to me too.)

Good morning everyone

Has anybody heard any more information about Steve Aitkin and his church in New South Wales,  and how have all off the Eastern states pastors, and their people reacted to his demise.  Or have they all just gone back into there shell, especially as the convention has just finished at woodcroft

Love

Chris

Hey Chris,

I know that you have good intentions, but for the sake of other people that hang around this forum (RF'ers) I think it's best not to discuss Steve's group. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want it discussed on here anyway.

Perhaps it would be better if you were to ask him for yourself, or just not worry about it and keep the group in your prayers and trust that Jesus will continue guiding them.

Hi Chris, Steves doing well, his group are growing. He pops in to the forum himself sometimes I know he'd love to elaborate, send him a pm.

As far as East Coast is concerned Pr Eric Trad (Maitland) is the latest casualty of the system.

it is the glory of God to conceal a matter but the honour of kings to search it out.

Hey Frankie boy,

Hope all going well with you - we don't hear much from you these days.  What do mean re Eric Tradd is the latest casualty of the system - surely he's not been 'put out' ??  Although nothing surprises me anymore re RF.

We'll be catching up with a heap of people when we're over the east coast in a couple weeks time. Going to Hillsong Conference and should be an awesome time with thousands of people all praising and worshipping the name of Jesus - can't wait!!

you have no idea about eric trad. you have no idea what he has done. so keep your comments and thoughts to yourself and stop always blaming the church. people do do things wrong EVEN when they are pastors !!!

it is good he has gone to pasture where he cant damage any more souls !!! " woe to the shepherds that feed not the flock ..... " his favourite scritpure. maybe he should read it over and over and over and over. maybe even memorise it or get it stamped on his head !!!!

latest casualty ..... what a load of crap !!!!

 Hi Guest 65#

Actually, I know both "Frank's Ghost" and Eric Trad and they both know each other.

I presume you have some personal experience of Trad's wrongdoing, because I know how matters can be misrepresented when the information goes through several people's perspectives, especially four years after the events.

Personally, at the time I was more concerned from some of his preaching that he seemed to have bought the naive and potentially dangerous views of George Lamsa regarding the value of the Syriac Peshitta. (I now realise that wasn't as "problematic" as preaching the RF "salvation message"!!!!!!)
The evidence for Mann-made global warming is unequivocal.
