The other day I happen to come across a member of the GRC, has been for many years.
We talked of different things for about an hour, and he asked me how my life has been since I left.
I filled him in what I have now, the unity, my faith in Jesus, the peace and strength in Him that I have in my life that was lacking when in Revival.
I could tell he had issues in his life and at one point he broke down and cried when talking about how the Lord doesn't seem to care for him. The conversation was more on assembly matters rather than seeing the error of their ways.
The member kept saying, our meeting was no coincident and it was of the Lord.
Maybe he was thinking he was going to get me to come back, I don't know, but I do hope and pray the conversation was a testimony for him to think about a better life and salvation, that can only be found outside of Revival.
I believe in Christianity as I believe the sun has risen; not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. C.S.Lewis.
