The whole thing is very sad really, i sort of feel for Glen too, i mean read Simon L comments " he will be kicked out if found guilty" where is the love of God in that, i mean yea sure he needs to be dealt with, but for "the Church" to punish him further is horrendous, this is up to the laws of the land, the church should be there to council him and his family ( not to say what they should be doing for those burnt by this whole horrible thing) but no push them away let it not tarnish there precious reputation, what a joke and a sad indictment on the christian church as a whole.

To those that have been burnt by this whole thing I am so sorry that you have gone through this and i pray that you have restitution.

Word has it BoxHill is in turmoil with many many rumours and things going around with folk not knowing what to believe,  I suppose especially now with Matt being stood down, that will actually start to confirm the truth. 
 
Just another encouragement to those from RCI reading this site and in that mind set of "what is going on" there is a life to be had outside, contrary to what your being told. Remember the Lord knows a sincere heart, and will guide you out. 
Contact friends who have left, Don't ask them why they left, we got all the self righteous calls years ago, so one tends to be pretty guarded in that issue, unless you open up in sincerity,   but ask if what is being said is true, where they are going, how they coped after 30 odd years of being in the establishment,  what hurdles they crossed, (and there are a few), Remember its like the advice you get when you first have kids, every one had an opinion, just sift and strain, keep praying and the Lord will lead you..

Although, Simon did have prior knowledge as one source of this information  came from Ian's own complaining mouth from his own unfortunate financial  involvement back with the Dukers as far back as the year 2000.

Can you fill us in on the details of Ian Pask's own unfortunate involvement with the Duker's?

 I wonder if ACA are still planning more television coverage. It seems to me that both Simon and Victor are clearly involved in this iniquity to the depth of criminal law breaking level. Matt Duker's situation as a stood down RCI Pastor seems like "damage control" by the RCI..

It would be good if a statement could be obtained from the Williams family who have been so cruelly and sordidly treated by the RCI and in particularly by Victor Samoilenko and Simon Longfield and posted upon these boards in a special locked thread for all to read...

Mr Duker, believed to be in Melbourne, filed for bankruptcy in January after the collapse of his company RVP Group Limited.
The company, which was tied up in buying and selling property on the Gold Coast, was placed into liquidation last year.
Many of Mr Duker's creditors are believed to be involved with a revivalist sect, including fellow pastors.
It is unknown what price the properties -- one at Ashmore and the other at Benowa -- fetched when they went to auction in late February.

Mr Duker paid a total of $1.2 million for them in December, six months after the liquidation of RVP.
Creditor and former church member Sue Williams, who is owed hundreds of thousands of dollars, said she was shunned from the congregation for talking about Mr Duker, their pastor at the time.
She said she was grateful to be out of the church that failed to stand by her.
According to a liquidator's report released last week by Bruce Gleeson, of Jones Partners Chartered Accountants, there may be grounds for more serious legal action against Mr Duker, his wife Lorilea and his former company auditor Allan Walker.
Mr Gleeson had to force information out of the Dukers via public examinations in the NSW Supreme Court in November last year.
Mrs Williams said her family moved to the Coast after her husband Craig began work for Mr Duker's company.
She said they felt compelled to lend him money when he asked because he was their pastor and Mr Williams' employer.
"He had a few properties he was going to refinance and he asked to put them into our name for a short period of time."
She said they asked for 100 per cent indemnities on the mortgages.
"Well, of course, we got caught out ... luckily, we have been able to get a lot of those properties out of those names."
Mr Duker is not speaking publicly.
He was unable to be contacted by The Bulletin.

QUEENSLAND investors are preparing a claim to recoup part of their money after alleging failed property developer Glenn Phillip Duker owes some of them hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Mr Duker has filed for bankruptcy, so the investors are unable to sue the former fundamentalist church pastor and Gold Coast lawyer directly but must target their legal or financial advisers.
Lynda Swanston, of Gold Coast law firm Swanston and Associates, is examining contracts and other paperwork relating to legal and financial services by Mr Duker and others.
"If negligence against any of these professionals can be established, then damages for quantified loss and damage suffered by them may be payable, but usually only after legal proceedings have been ... brought to a successful conclusion," she said.
Mr Duker became one of Australia's worst bankrupts this month, owing at least $34 million, but the figure could rise to $40 million because, it is alleged, some debts he guaranteed personally do not appear on his bankruptcy notification.
He allegedly promised investors he would use their funds, which included second mortgages on their homes, to buy houses, subdivide land, move or build other houses, then sell for a profit, which he would split equally with them.
From 2002 to 2004, Mr Duker entered property ventures and other funding arrangements, mostly with members of his church, Revival Centres International, or their friends.
At least four Gold Coast residents were caught in Mr Duker's deals. Builder and former Australian Football League footballer Craig O'Brien, who now coaches the senior Palm Beach side, is reportedly owed $700,000.
Gold Coast property developer Lynette Orloff said she was owed more than $420,000.
It is claimed many of Mr Duker's debts were accrued after the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) dropped its action against Mr Duker, despite complaints by investors against him from as early as 2005. In 2007, ASIC reportedly accepted Mr Duker's promise to repay certain debts.
Michael Hayter, the lawyer for the liquidator of one of Mr Duker's companies, RVP Group, criticised ASIC for not taking action earlier.
An ASIC spokeswoman said ASIC would assess a report from a liquidator suggesting a company had breached the Corporations Act. She said ASIC would not comment on whether Mr Duker or any of his companies had ever been investigated. Mr Duker's wife, Lorilea said the couple did not wish to comment.

Good morning, Mole.

I suppose one must now question the propriety of Simon Longfield's oft-repeated refrain of not wishing to pass judgment on the Duker's until "...the courts decide". That he has 'defrocked' the younger brother, and dismissed the elder, without awaiting such a verdict clearly implies that he recognises wrongdoing on their part. Why then does he refuse to publicly acknowledge as much?

It makes one think, does it not?

Mrs Mole reports that on Sunday 5 April at the very end of the announcements PR Beggsy is alleged to have said:

and we have unanimously decided to put Glenn and Lorelei Duker out of fellowship and as mentioned elsewhere announced that Pastor Matt had been depastorised or whatever the technical term is.

 = damage control ... in other words, the RCI are denying any involvement with the Duker's whatsoever. It seems the RCI are really only trying to distance themselves from the affair altogether but with the mounting anti - RCI publicity now happening on a weekly basis, this has to be expected... but let's realize that this iniquity won't be "swept under the carpet" that easily. I suppose that both Simon and Victor would have hired their own legal representatives by now.. However let's stay tuned to our various media over the next few weeks... More is yet to happen..

REPORT TO CREDITORS
Re: RVP Group Limited(In Liquidation) ("the company")ACN: 095 763 554
1.      EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
§        At the time of my appointment the Report as to Affairs (“RATA”) prepared by one of the former directors,Ms Lorilea Duker revealed a deficiency of approximately $5.5million. . I believe that the RATA is incomplete it fails to correctly calculate amounts due from other undisclosed  creditors. The deficiency is more likely to be in the range of $8 to $10 Million
§        ASIC commenced an investigation into the financial affairs of the company in 2006. ASIC had significant concerns over the financial viability of the company, the manner in which it was raising funds and the independence of the auditor. voluntarily various undertakings appear to have been sought by ASIC from the company and Mr Glenn Duker in early 2007.
§        I sought the co-operation and assistance of the former director Ms Lorilea Duker, in addition to the directors who had resigned in the period just prior, being Mr Glenn Duker  and Matthew Duker. Such pertaining to the financial affairs of the company, assets it may have had or had an interest in and importantly obtaining possession of all the company’s financial records. The level of assistance provided was minimal and hindered my efforts to expeditiously progress my investigations. I note that I also received minimal co-operation from Mr Allan Walker. Ultimately given the level of inadequate assistance from the above parties, I determined it necessary to conduct Public Examinations in the Supreme Court of NSW
§        I am firmly of the view that without the Public Examinations, the various information that I now have in my possession would not have been otherwise provided by the directors (and others), notwithstanding their obligations under the Corporations Act (“the Act”).
§        During the entirety of the company’s trading period it operated at a loss.  This is despite the fact that in various Offer Documents given to investors the company and Mr Glenn Duker kept projecting that it would make profits.
§        Given the information and evidence obtained, the legal advice from my lawyers, suggests I have reasonably strong prospects of success in pursuing actions against the following parties:
       i.        Mr Glenn Duker, Ms Lorilea Duker and Mr Matthew Duker – separate claims for trading whilst insolvent, breach of fiduciary duties and breach of director's duties; and
      ii.        Mr Allan Walker – regarding his role as both the external accountant and auditor [claims for negligence, breach of fiduciary duties and being an accessory to the breaches of director's duties.
§       I am seeking funding from creditors in order to commence legal action against Mr Walker (as well as Ms Lorilea Duker and Mr Matthew Duker) initially.
2.      HISTORY & BACKGROUND
§        In  June 2003 Ms Lorilea Duker and Mr Stephen McCauley both became directors.
§         Subsequently Mr McCauley resigned as a director in May 2004 and was replaced by Mr Matthew Duker.
§        It appears that Glenn Duker, Matthew Duker and Stephen McCauley were also Pastors of a Pentecostal religious group known as Revival Centres International (“RCI”). The significance of this is that various creditors of the company are members of RCI. It is generally considered that Pastors are in a position of trust and should not be involved in business dealings with their parishioners.
§        Mr Walker through the period of time that he has been the external accountant / auditor of the company has had various financial dealings with it and other related entities. One notable dealing involves Mr Walker's related entity receiving a transfer of shares for no consideration from a company controlled by the Dukers within one (1) month of signing off the Audit of the Financial Statements for the period ended June 2007. Such transactions are in direct contravention of the requirements of auditors under the Act and also per other professional / statutory guidelines.
§        In late February 2008 both Mr Glenn Duker and Mr Matthew Duker resigned as directors of the company leaving Ms Lorilea Duker as sole director. It would also appear that at this time it would have been necessary for the company to have altered its trading status, ie converted back to a private company as it no longer had the requisite number of directors to continue to be an unlisted public company. At the time of my appointment such alteration (whilst according to Mr Glenn Duker and Mr Walker an application had been made) had not been noted on ASIC records.
§        Why the founding director resigned is unclear, I note that Mr Glenn Duker was a qualified solicitor and a licensed conveyancer has continued to practice in such areas. Mr Matthew Duker remains a fully licensed conveyancer in Victoria.
The company would enter into arrangements with individuals known as a “joint venture agreement” (“JVA”). Individuals would be the registered proprietor of the property and also be the principal borrowers, thus responsible for the ultimate payment of the registered mortgage over the property (particularly in the event of a shortfall after sale).
      i.        It would seem that in the majority of instances that the individuals did not obtain independent legal advice on the implications of entering into the JVA’s.  Mr Glenn Duker would draft the JVA agreement and have the individuals sign the agreements without the benefit of independent advice. Mr Glenn Duker would then take over complete control of the JVA and then controlling the sale process. 
      ii.        The practical effect of this is that the individuals were not in all instances getting access to completely independent legal and financial advice. Furthermore the individuals in most cases had little involvement and invariably have advised that Mr Glenn Duker had ultimate control and they trusted him, particularly as he was a Pastor and qualified solicitor.
     iii.        It would seem that in very few instances were the properties held in the company’s name. the company had no direct legal control over the ability of the property to be dealt with. The significance of this is twofold. Firstly, the company’s financial records had entries in effect implying or confirming that it was the registered proprietor of such properties which were incorrect. Secondly, investors  (ie preference shareholders) of the company were under the mistaken belief that the company had legal title to the properties and were in control of same when it was not.
    iv.        it sought to obtain funding under the small scale offering provisions under the Act. This allows a company to raise up to $2million per annum from not more than 20 investors.The advantage of raising funds under such provisions is that no formal Product Disclosure Statement was required. ASIC was of the view that the company had breached such provisions of the Act and did not have an Australian Financial Services Licence (“AFSL”).
*In one of the supporting documents in the various Offer Documents prepared on behalf of the Company for investors there was an article in which Mr Glenn Duker was interviewed which made reference to the fact that “Results Speak Louder Than Words”. The Offer Documents projected profits for various financial years in circumstances where the company never operated at a profit.  The Offer Documents continued to predict profits even after the company had been operating for a number of years at a loss.
. During the course of my investigations, it appears that particularly from 2006 onwards it become evident that the company was defaulting on more and more of the required payments under this type of funding.
The manner in which the company was procuring funding operated much like a “ponzi” scheme
The principal assets of the company set out in the Balance Sheet were properties owned by third parties and classified as current assets in the company's Balance Sheet. After a number of investors complained to Mr Glenn Duker or threatened to sue the company, he arranged for some of the properties to be refinanced and transferred into the name of his spouse, Ms Lorilea Duker.  The title to various properties said to be held on the company's behalf were in fact owned by Ms Duker and in some cases other related entities such as Mr Matthew Duker.

Whilst Mr Glenn Duker maintains that the company initial made
profits on its interest in certain individual developments, the fact is that
the company’s audited Financial Statements show that it made significant losses
in every financial year:
a.     
Year Ended 2003: ($36,057);
b.     
Year Ended 2004: ($133,984);
c.     
Year Ended 2005: ($829,895);
d.     
Year Ended 2006: ($991,682); and
e.     
Year Ended 2007: (1,621,416).
Therefore
total combined losses of ($3,589,000). At no stage in any of the financial
periods did the auditor (Mr Walker) qualify the Financial Statements expressing
a concern about the company’s ability to operate.
§       
22 January Mr Glenn Duker
lodged a debtors petition “ITSA” declaring himself bankrupt.
Several of the creditors listed in his Statement of Affairs relate to personal
guarantees given in respect of the company. He has listed
that he owes creditors approximately $34.5million.
I attach a copy of the Notification of Bankruptcy as obtained from ITSA
enclosed as Annexure “B”. Such
amount does not include any amounts that I will be claiming in his Estate. Such
claim would amount to many millions of dollars.
I
have am unsure as to whether either Ms Lorilea Duker
or Mr Matthew Duker may be contemplating bankruptcy in the near future.  If they do not declare themselves
bankrupt, I would anticipate including them as defendants to
actions I intend to pursue against Mr Allan Walker.
2.     INVESTIGATIONS / REASONS FOR FAILURE
Under the Act a director of a company is required
to provide the liquidator with the company’s financial records.Despite my
efforts to try and obtain financial records and general assistance from the
directors, the level of co-operation was minimal and hindered my ability to
investigate the company’s affairs. Notwithstanding my continued attempts to
seek co-operation from the directors and others (ie Mr Walker) nothing of
substance was initially forthcoming.

were issued to Mr Allan Walker, Mr Glenn Duker and Ms Lorilea Duker and whilst
I still am not in possession of certain company records (ie missing bank
statements), I now have a reasonable quantity of the company’s records. It
would appear initially that there had been a concerted effort to conceal
books and records of the company.
If
the above processes had not been initiated, I do not
believe I would have received such information including numerous company
records which had been stored at the Gold Coast and not disclosed to me until
after orders were issued. It is also unclear whether the directors had an
intention to provide such records to the previous Liquidator which
obviously would have potentially impacted on the level of his investigation.
*It is also noted that in Minutes of a Directors
Meeting dated 27 July 2004 the directors acknowledge that the
company was in breach of the small scale offering restrictions. Mr Glenn
Duker during correspondence with ASIC (see below) and despite his legal
qualifications confirms that he really didn’t clearly understand the
application of small scale offerings under the Act
§       
The company appeared to be in financial difficulty
and unable to pay all its debts at least as early as
during the Financial Year Ended 2006. This can be supported by the following:
Statutory demands were being served on the company
principally by investors (by way of preference shareholders) who were not
receiving their interest payment on time.
o    Secondly, various complaints had been lodged with ASIC regarding the
conduct of the company which ultimately culminated in a
review being undertaken by ASIC and subsequent interviews of Messrs Glenn Duker
and Allan Walker on 20 June 2006 and 1 August 2006 respectively.
o    Confirmation by Mr Glenn Duker during ASIC investigations that he
knew the company was incurring losses even though Offer Documents were
projecting profits.
o    During the Public Examinations, Mr Glenn Duker confirmed that he had
backdated some JVA’s in the lead up to the interview with ASIC. This appears to
have been done based on the level of investigation that ASIC were undertaking
and the concerns it had regarding the documentation of the JVA’s.
o    ASIC
confirmed by way of letter to the company on 25 September 2006 that it was of
the opinion that the company may be insolvent. The company records show the
letter from ASIC states “the evidence before us indicates that RVP has a
history of delaying payments due to investors and then making optimistic
promises, which are not always fulfilled”.

I believe the failure of the company can be attributed to:

1.      The company was procuring funding in the same way that a “ponzi”
scheme works. The history of “ponzi” schemes shows that typically
the business is not sustainable once funding starts to slow;
2.      Inept management;
3.      Poor financial accounting controls; and
4.      Reliance
on external accountant / auditor who had significant “self review” and
“familiarity” threats under the Act. Consequently, the company was not getting
adequate professional advice which exacerbated its overall detrimental
financial position.
5.      Inaccuracies in the financial statements which had the effect of
overstating assets and understating liabilities.
6.      Failure
of Mr Walker as auditor to qualify the company's accounts.
 
1.      PUBLIC
EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED
As mentioned earlier, the level of assistance and co-operation
provided by the directors (and the external accountant) has been minimal. My
initial and subsequent demands for financial information pertaining to the
company, as well as the location and delivering up of the books and records
were ignored. It was clear that they had not provided Mr Sutherland with all
the financial records of the company.
*Mr Matthew Duker, albeit a director of the company claimed not to be
precisely aware of the financial position of the company during the time he was
a director, despite being paid a directors fee.
§       
Mr Longfield highlighted that he was made aware that
the company, in particular Mr Glenn Duker had disputes with other members of
RCI who were investors in the company or involved with JVAs with the company.
However, he was firmly of the belief that RCI had done all within its power to
deal with the issues raised.  Mr Longfield appointed a Pastor Mr Samoilenko to
"mediate" the disputes even though  Mr Samoilenko himself was involved in property transactions
with the company and was a co-Pastor with Mr Glenn Duker.
As
at the date of this Report, it is unclear as to whether RCI took appropriate
and timely steps to deal with the issues it had been made aware of. 
*
The evidence provided by Mr Samoilenko insofar as RCI’s efforts to resolve
disputes was similar to Mr Longfield in that he believed that RCI had done all
within its power to deal with same. It was
revealed that Mr Samoilenko also had entered into a JVA with the company from
which Mr Samoilenko claims that he made little or no money and infact is a
creditor. My investigations into this JVA are continuing as it is
unclear whether there were any unrecorded payments that may have been made.
Mr Walker also conceded that he had been involved in arranging for
GST to be claimed from the Australian Taxation Office (“ATO”) on behalf of the
company and various investors. Such transactions have been the subject of
considerable acrimony by investors in that the company appeared to receive the
benefit of GST refunds and the ATO has now made various rulings that the GST
was erroneously claimed by the company. Therefore the investors themselves
should be liable for the GST refunds which have been received by the company.
This is a further example of Mr Walker's involvement in the company's financial
affairs
**I note that as at the date of this Report Mr Glenn Duker still has
not signed the Examination Transcript which is a confirmation that he agrees
with the recording of evidence he gave. Consequently I will be writing to him
to ascertain what the delay is.
2.      TRADING WHILST INSOLVENT / BREACH OF FIDUCIARY
DUTIES
it
appears that the company may have been insolvent from at least July 2005 and there are grounds to establish a case against the company’s
directors in that they continued to trade the company
§       
The company made a loss of $991,000 that
financial year and losses in subsequent years. At a minimum I believe I have
a claim for approximately $2.6million on a joint and several basis.
§       
During this financial year the company was under
review by ASIC who expressed concerns over the solvency of the company, as well
as the manner in which it raised funds and whether it should have had an AFSL.
§       
During this time various investors in the company,
ie preference share holders also were not being repaid in accordance with the
terms of their investment which was further evidence of the fact that the
company was in financial distress.
§       
The company overstated the position in its
financial statements with respect to the number of properties it had an
interest in 9. The Balance Sheet of the company as at June 2007 noted that the
company held an interest in thirty-six (36) properties.)  Quite simply the company itself was the
registered proprietor of very few properties during its operation, rather the
significant majority were registered in the name of individuals under the
JVA’s.
Based
on the above and other factors, it is my opinion that the directors should have been aware
that the company was insolvent or likely to become
insolvent sometime in July 2005 or shortly thereafter.
I would estimate that the debts incurred after this period may form the basis
of an insolvent trading claim.
From this point, the three (3) directors of the company were Mr Glenn
Duker, Ms Lorilea Duker and Mr Matthew Duker. Whilst Mr Glenn
Duker is currently an undischarged bankrupt, the commencement of such
proceedings does not restrict me from lodging a claim in his Bankrupt Estate. 
Regarding
the financial positions of Ms Duker and Mr Matthew Duker whilst they may not
have significant assets in their own personal names, it would appear that there are assets held in other names /
structures that may be attachable by a Trustee in Bankruptcy.
Whilst
I believe that my position regarding such a claim against the above individuals
is strong, at this stage, my initial focus will be on the action mentioned in
the section below against Mr Allan Walker and including Ms Lorilea and Mr
Matthew Duker as defendants in those proceedings. If successful then this would
provide a level of funding to instigate other recovery actions.
In addition to the above trading whilst insolvent claim, I also
believe I would strong prospects of success regarding a breach of fiduciary
duties against the above individuals.
3.      REPORT TO ASIC
Whilst
such report is confidential and is given qualified privilege pursuant to
Section 535 of the Act, I intend to make submissions to ASIC requesting it to
take further action against various company officers and other parties
4.      FUTURE ACTIONS
§       
Assuming funding is obtained, commencing recovery
actions against Mr Walker regarding a claim for negligence and conflict of
interest.
§       
Commencing trading whilst insolvent actions against
Mr Glenn Duker (his Bankrupt Estate), Ms Lorilea Duker and Mr Matthew Duker.
§       
Evaluating and if appropriate conducting further
investigation / public examination of other persons who may have aided the
company in procuring funding for individuals that it had JVA’s with and did not
disclose commission trials.
§       
Submitting my preliminary report to ASIC and dealing
with any further requests for information from ASIC

Was Simon at Frankston on Sunday giving the 'soft serve' reason for why Matthew was no longer a Pastor? 
He was no where to be found at BoxHill retracting his statement of support of the fine Christian example of the Duker's.
Was the truth told, that Matthew was stood down or was it the 'candy coated' lie that Victor announced of Glenns Dismissal "that Glenn had asked to step down as he needed to concentrate on his company and he has a young family..blah..blah...blah.".
Possibly the distancing from some oversight from the Dukers may be those Pastors that have lost large amounts of money and are finally  realizing it was not through unfortunate business happenings, but through out and out deception and criminal fraud and they should never have tolerated their loss by unlawful deceit. 
It's a given, Investing is a known chance of profit or loss, but when in the prospectus  false projections are declared and other information is not declared that you base your decisions on(and many other pertinent factors in this case), that makes it criminal.
These silent Pastors were told by Senior O/S to cop their losses on the chin, their punishment for doing business in the church,  Render Evil for Evil, that is just so wrong. 
Even Investing Pastors are entitled and protected by the laws of the land, by not addressing the Dukers lawfully, it allowed the Dukers to continue their lavish selfish greed and destroy future people who got involved when the Dukers would have been stopped, IF NOT for the Pastors and members who would not speak up..ASIC had prepared to prosecute and execute an enforceable undertaking back in 2006/2007 
You should never have listened to those that silenced you- they have wronged you and you in turn every other person involved after, it perpetuated exponentially debt of 3-5 Mil to way over $40Mil.
That debt increase was accumulated in just over 2 years. That's one hell of a spending spree!! 
Simon knowing and admitted Duker had lied to him twice and also to Victor to the point that Victor called Glenn "a Mongrel, with no moral conscience and doubted his ability to repent" and repeated his disgust and findings to Simon.
Even then they knowingly continued to back these defrauders from the start until the truth was so undeniably revealed.
Lets not be too quick to forget Simons pledge of support given at the Melb Rally and all you folk that said AMEN, and those of us that walked out in disgust and disappointment that our so called spiritual leaders could get it so wrong.
And Since then  Victors numerous talks given in support of the poor suffering Dukers, saying "the only thing Glenn did wrong was do business with people who couldn't handle it"(hear: recording earlier in thread) and  then talk about the bitterness that people who leave the fellowship  harbour in their hearts.
 The Williams have continued to hold on to some glimmer of hope that Repentance would be found in these mens hearts but after 4 years of perpetuating lies and slander the glimmer is pretty well snuffed out.
In the Court Examinations it was proven Victor made a profit from his Duker deals, although in Victors recorded talk (earlier in this thread) he claim losses and claims he is actually a Creditor, add it to the list of his lies.
Yet Victor was the one that witnessed the legal documents for the Williams proving they were Not Business Deals for gain but Favours to help a brother, and Glenn had tried to trick them into signing Joint venture Agreements which their Solicitor discovered hidden in pages of legal garble prepared by pastor and Solicitor, Glenn Duker, but Victor and Simon kept telling the Assembly otherwise.... more lies......
Ian McGregor was told by Victor he had no business deals with Glenn Duker but had paid Glenn a 'Spotters' Fee for finding A property- Under pressure from Ian Mcgregor, Victor was forced to admit He lied, he had 2 Joint Venture Agreements. Not only did he lie, he made up a story to cover his lie and got caught out! Double whammy.
Is this acceptable behavior from Pastors, acceptable from any one for that matter- It's been said we all saw it "God Hates a liar".
How long will you continue to tolerate Liars, falsehoods, defrauders, self serving men that care for their own interests and not the interests of the people.
 Proverbs 3:3 Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and Mind and Soul, How grieving to see such accepted wickedness over the righteous.
Your senior oversight knowingly tolerated liars and they themselves have perpetuated the same, they have attacked, defamed and betrayed a family that is now proven to have spoken the truth and have suffered emotionally, physically and financially despite the Vicious lies spread of their finances by Pastors and other gossip mongers enjoying an open free for all at the victims further emotional expense.
A lot of people showed their true Spiritual Rotten maggot infested fruit and don't think the things said by people didn't get back to them- it has!  They became the Enemy because they spoke the truth Gal 4:16. Shame on you.
Simon accused the Williams and then repeated to Pastors- that their financial ruin was their own doing they had squandered and mismanaged their money and Glenn had done nothing wrong. 
Some of the things said to them by Victor and Simon were so hurtful and degrading in an attempt to humiliate them into silence, they were treated appallingly, like all the other truths revealed so will these be too.
These men	 know not God because God is not in them. Their actions have been as disgusting as their words.

You tolerate Sin because you are in Fear of Men and retribution of man. Better to have a Mill stone about your neck and be thrown into the sea, than harm my little ones.

Liars never prosper. Pastors who choose to practice deceit (i.e. 'lie') forfeit the privilege to teach, lead and guide Christian believers: people need to be able to trust their shepherds.

Simon Longfield is on the public record openly stating that he believed the Duker's account of matters, that they were being "tried by the Press"; and that he would wait and see whether or not they were convicted by the courts before he took any sort of action against them. Isn't it interesting that he 'defrocked' the one and expelled the other last Sunday? Why has he not publicly retracted his support for them? Why has he not admitted that his trust in them was misplaced? Why has he not publicly apologised to those whom he has chastised, disciplined, 'corrected' and in all respects unfairly and uncharitably treated? Where is the display of personal leadership? Where is the display of personal integrity? Where is the evidence that he possesses a shepherd's heart?

With respect to Victor Samoilenko, it appears that he has clearly been caught out in his deceit, with his hand in the proverbial "cookie-jar" up to the elbow. Is it a case that a love for 'coin' had taken precedence and priority over a concern for the welfare of the 'flock'? One thing is likely, Victor is not the sort of person to admit private wrongdoing (remember, he was rather vocal in his support for Lloyd Longfield's twisted teaching to the effect, "I don't sin!"), so we shouldn't be holding our collective breaths waiting for him to apologise.

One point is certain, neither man has the right to bemoan being caught-out. The have simply reaped what they had sown.

He had some success, at least superficially, but the company is now in liquidation and the mum and dad investors are facing tax bills of up to $70,000 as a result of Duker allegedly convincing them to place their own names on property titles. Some may lose their homes.
This is a great tragedy, but happens on a small and large scale every day. There are a number of things you can do to avoid being scammed by a dodgy property developer. This is just general common sense, but that can all go out the window when the offer of some big bucks is up for grabs:
Step 1: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
If a deal looks absolutely fantastic, if it looks all too easy, if it’s “a guaranteed winner”, then you need to switch on your warning lights and check things out thoroughly. 
Step 2: Get everything in writing.
No matter how smooth that property developer sounds, no matter how close your relationship with him or her is, get it all down in writing - the terms of the deal (including when you will get any funds back), the costs involved, and where your name will appear on any loan repayment forms.
Pastor Glenn Duker also should have had papers signed to protect himself from these types of allegations. If he had everything in writing, then he could simply go back to those papers to support his claims of innocence. 
Step 3: Get a second, third, or fourth opinion.
It’s a big step to make an investment in a property or a company, so make sure you check everything out, and then get a few other independent people to be just as thorough with it all. You don’t want to miss a thing in the rush … you might pay for it later. 
So if you want to avoid being taken out by a shark, do your homework, get it writing, and don’t be afraid to get some help from suitably qualified people.

 Some of the RCI Pastors involved are refusing to speak to the Media - just like the Dukers –“No Comment” is the reply given just before the abrupt hang up!
Accusations made almost four years ago against the Dukers ethics and business practices were undeniable even back then due to the overwhelming evidence supplied.
Now with the very Public knowledge of the Findings of the Creditors Report, it has only fortified what had already been revealed and known for quite some time.
The information given to Longfield and Samoilenko way back then, was not just knowingly ignored but it was concealed, to the detriment of truth and to the harsh betrayal of a family.
These Pastors then took further action to silence, discredit and forcefully dispose of those that spoke out in a vile attack on an already extremely fragile and injured family. 
The Williams bought into question the ethics of Pastors appointed by RCI and  rightfully, the concerns of illegal activity within a company that RCI and mainly it’s Pastors were extremely entangled with, both as Directors and Investors.
Samoilenko having a clear conflict of interest as a Multiple Investor in RVP himself. 
Longfield  and Samoilenko chose to ignore the evidence and sided with the offenders in an act that could only be compared to the reaction of the Catholic church when Allegations rather not faced have arisen in the past. 
Public exposure and scrutiny and costly law suits have since forced  recompense for wrong doings by not assisting their victims after the fact. 
Lawful accountability, forging new criteria to reprimand those that  abuse their position of trust.
It must also bring into question the obvious corruption in the church heirachy and accountability concerning the handling and undermining by Pastor’s Simon Longfield and Victor Samoilenko, even after Longfield  admitted that Glenn had lied to him, Longfield and Samoilenko were still willing to support the Dukers and to continue to publicly defame the devastated and abandoned Williams family. 
Simon Longfield  chose to involve himself further by sharing amongst other Pastors misleading financial documents pertaining to the Williams personal finances, given to him by the Dukers to further discredit them, not retracting them even after Longfield was informed of the false fraudulent details. 
All involved are on record as having been reported to the Privacy Commission for “breach of privacy”.
Samoilenko had witnessed legal documents confirming the Williams were clearly deceived by The Dukers.
Duker even admitted he attempted to financially entrap the Williams in legal jargon in agreements drawn up as a pretense to protect the Williams supposedly giving them indemnity from any debt. 
Victor relayed his disgust at the Dukers behaviour and lies, stating to Longfield over the phone that “Duker had no moral conscience” and other information with the Williams being present to this conversation at the time.
 It was clear the Williams were left victims through deception, taken advantage of their trust, naivety and generosity towards what they thought was a brother in a fellowship, that they had supported and loved for 16 years. 
Although Simon Longfield  in yet another  public slight at the Williams is on record quoting...
“ The Williams hardly ever attended RCI.” 
Sydney/Gold Coast people  can you say Amen to that?- your Head Pastor Simon Longfield has lied willingly yet  again, and to what gain, will you continue to be lead by a liar?.  
Why isn't Pastor Stephen McCauley wanting to claim his innocence or at least defend his position as  a ‘Director’ and as having no knowledge of the dubious business practices of the former company RVP which was trading insolvent whilst he was a Director - which makes him legally liable?
Of course ‘unless’ that’s not the case and he was aware of Untruth’s claimed  in the taxation claims and Auditing, that he as a Director still chose to sign off on.
Even though McCauley claimed privately  his apprehension in signing  due to Quote-“knowing the numbers were “fudged” and there was no profit in the company”, He also stated he didn’t recall attending “Staff Training and Development Days” that were being claimed as tax deductions by the company he was lawfully responsible for. 
Lies are lies and they come back and bite.
Even with McCauley’s knowledge and concerns of the company he has since been heard defaming the Williams to other’s in the Assembly. 
The Williams showed nothing but kindness to the McCauleys even after being forced out of attending their meeting, they still continued handing on clothes to the McCauley kids as they had done so previously and as they did to many other families over the years in RCI- greed is not a word that springs to mind in my experience of these people. 
How could McCauley deny the financial deficit of the company with tradesmen constantly calling him demanding payment of their over due invoices, to the point he disconnected the RVP number to avoid the continuing abusive calls.
Makes you wonder  about honesty and decisions to colour or avoid  truth when inconvenient and the willingness to perpetuate untruths about others to cover your own actions, in Pastor Stephens McCauleys case, resulting in inaction of Godly behaviour which I would think honesty is to be expected of a man in a Pastoral position..
All allegations are able to be upheld and defended by witnesses and documentation.

Any left in RCI with good conscience should be looking at how to rectify an insurmountable amount of lies and injustices.
Among other things...we all know, God hates liars....sounding rather cliché,  but still  – God’s word and a fact!
The remaining church may or may not have the countenance to address those issues, God definitely will, he will hold all accountable for their part played, be it first hand, second hand or those that knew better and said nothing and those who continue to sit in silence and do nothing.
Longfield was warned very early in this Saga, these were clearly legal matters and his involvement would blow up and involve the church legally. 
Longfield said “By being Glenn’s friend he could control him” Longfield is recorded as saying “Keeping him in the church was helping him trade out”
 Good Job! From a debt of $3-5 Million, 3 years ago with Longfield’s  admitted assistance in helping him trade out, resulted in trading out to a further debt of over $40 Million Dollars.
This is the result of straight disobedience to scripture because Longfield thought he knew better!
His power inflated ego thought he could control it and legal ramifications were an idol threat made by insignificant members he could squash and silence... but again it was about truth and being obedient to the Law, not thinking yourself above it. 
It is not just the Dukers that have bought Revival Centres International into disrepute and need rebuking and discipline.
The Pastors are also to be held accountable to the Laws of the land, the duty of care to the people, the unfounded defamation and emotional abuse to a family also needs to be addressed.  
False testimony given in a Court of Law.
The financial interference to  binding contracts by Victor Samoilenko further costing the Williams tens of thousands of dollars.
The concealing of evidence by undue influence of Oversight placing guilt on ‘RCI Member Investors/Pastors’ that should have spoken freely with out fear, instead of stalling the investigation by ASIC.
These men’s behavior needs to be fully exposed for every one to see, with accountability for recompense, in an attempt to reconcile injustice and so this never happens again and  including the attitude of apathy.

 Perhaps all the RCI properties that is currently in Lloyd's name will pass to Simon upon his decease. It would be good for justice if these properties could be seized by ASIC and sold to remunerate all the dispossessed from the Duker Affair.. but it is unlikely that will happen..

But getting back to issue and reality. Glenn and Lorelei Duker's "being put put out of fellowship" simply means that the Dukers no longer talk to RCI and vice versa and it will be only a matter of time before the remaining Mathew Duker suffers the same fate of being stood out of fellowship as well .. So now we can expect the fallouts will no doubt occur resulting in the recriminations between the Dukers and RCI.. And it must happen because a lot of people still within RCI have had their fingers burnt and what actions the upper leadership have hurriedly undertaken will not be enough to make the Duker affair "go away"... 

I can only restate a favourite RCI prooftext "But the thing that David had done displeased the Lord."

Already done! Word is that a major re-shuffle of properties has already taken place, Church properties previously bought and held in trusts by several RCI key members are 'alleged' to have been removed from joint trusts and are in Longfield Jnr names only,  but recent tittle searches would be the only way to confirm,  private  properties in Lloyd Snr name have been placed in Simon and Jonathans names, obviously removing their 2 other children from any claim of  inheritance. Even Lloyds bank accounts have been said to have been diminished to bare minimum to avoid any inheritance claims there also. I remember hearing when the Mermaid beach Unit  property was purchased it was purchased with Church money as a 'Pastors retreat' it is definitely in Simon Anthony and Weni Jay Longfields name now. 
Nothing quite like thinking ahead with spite in your heart in preparation for when your time comes to stand before the Lord

Good afternoon, all.

Journalist Kate Dennehy's recent piece certainly makes for interesting reading. If she is
correct in what she states, that the Duker's were disfellowshipped for "bringing the RCI into disrepute", then what we now witness is simply another example of Simon Longfield "passing-the-buck" by refusing to accept any responsibility for what has taken place.

It seems that Simon is unable, or unwilling, to accept that the role that he personally played in this affair has been the pivotal issue for many current members, and the principle cause for them questioning the integrity of the RCI senior leadership. The facts that have been reported to date clearly supports the Williams' version
of events, and substantiates that they were the victims rather
than the perpetrators in this rather unfortunate and sordid affair. Noting this do we find Simon Longfield seeking to restore the Williams family, repenting of the significant part that he played in the shattering of their reputation within the Revival Centres? No. And having expended an inordinate amount of time and effort in
supporting the Duker's publicly, the recent and unrelenting media exposure proved to be the catalyst that provided Simon with the opportunity to yet again demonstrate his 'pastoral' finesse. So what does he do? Does he admit that he had been supporting the wrong people all along, and seek to make amends? No. He decides that the Duker's provide less ballast than the sinking ship requires, so he simply cuts them loose and sets them adrift. Furthermore it appears that Simon apparently failed to exercise the very basic leadership responsibility that accompanies his appointment, in that he devolved the task of announcing the Duker's ban to Geoff Beggs. Subsequently, Matthew Duker was defrocked and replaced. Perhaps he too will go the way of his brother and sister-in-law; time alone will tell. But all of this raises the obvious question: who will be next? Will it be Stephen McCauley? Or, just perhaps, Victor Samoilenko? It presents that Simon Longfield is fast running out of candidates to fill the continually vacating office of RCI "blame-hound". Instead of accepting personal responsibility for what has transpired, and instead of accepting personal accountability for the appalling way in which he has handled the matter, the RCI's chief 'shepherd' continues to point-the-finger elsewhere.

So who is it that is guilty for bringing the RCI into disrepute? The Duker's simply followed their collective fallen natures by grasping the opportunity that their positions and 'top-cover' provided. I'd suggest that the person who provided them with both the opportunity and the cover is the one who is most deserving of the charge of bringing the fellowship into public disrepute.

Well, I very seriously doubt that the Planet Theatre is in Darcy's name, and as such, that it would be his personal property. Paul Longfield was the Brisbane pastor prior to Darcy taking over the 'reins', so to speak, and the 'Planet' had been the Brisbane RCI's meeting place then. 'Nope', I just can't see it happening.

There has been an awakening amongst some RCI members that are now acknowledging the discrepancies concerning the whole handling and conflict of interests perpetrated by the two main supporters of the Dukers; Longfield and Samoilenko.
Realizing the reality that many victims exist and the consequences and revealing of RCI's deep involvement lies ahead, not just in more media scrutiny but also the Courts. 
Possibly it is past the point of damage control for RCI, the damage has been done, but many still suffer the consequences and some it will affect them for the rest of their lives- emotionally and financially.
Revival Centres International, harboring one of Australia's biggest Bankrupts is a great testimony to the World, spotlighting  the hypocrisy of how you treated your own members that were actually victims of the Dukers.
As with many of the previous  Media releases, with the public awareness more people are alerted to the Dukers varying activities have come forward.
The recent media attention has surfaced yet again more victims of a further scam but no more information is filtering through as of yet.
Each scam over the years seems to have progressed in complexities, deception and dubious connections but there is a clear building of disregard to be discrete and disregard for law. The Creditors report clearly supports such claims.
The obvious confidence built in being able to fool and corrupt so many in RCI has only fed to evolve the making of such Monsters.

P.SL-   said he didnt bother to read information supplied to him as it was his job to preach the Word of God   even though he had been informed and given evidence that One of His appointed RCI Pastors was defrauding members and the public.
As The Head  Shepherd if you were told that one of your shepherds  that you personally assigned to care for your flock was stealing from your flock and outside the flock, wouldn't you be alarmed to say the least?.
If  you were handed  incriminating evidence,  that confirmed these accusations wouldn't it be of the utmost importance to read them 
PSL said he didn't bother to open it, he had over 100 emails he didn't have time, his jobs to preach the word of God.
The Good Shepherd searched through the night PSL couldnt open an email or an envelope.

Was reading an earlier post( partly above) and wondered has any body seen/read those particular 'Emails' that were the catalysts to this unveiling of the Pastoral care factor zero?? Can anyone get a copy of them?? It would be revealing to see what SL actually had been informed of way back then and the fact he still supported the Dukers for so long. Good evening, CAGD.

The basic job description of 'pastor' is 'shepherd'. And the basic function of the 'shepherd' is to care for, nurture and protect the 'sheep'. If Simon was just too busy to meet this most foundational of pastoral responsibilities, then perhaps he should've simply turned in his 'crook'! (There's a double entendre in there, of course).

Craig says. After prayer and being anointed with oil by a pastor. Sue miraculously fell pregnant. But what the couple didn't know was that they were joining a group that years later would cut them off after they had been financially crippled by RCI Pastor Glenn Duker. He's now one of Australia biggest bankrupts, allegedly losing up to $40 million of investor's money
The only right church
The couple admit they were brainwashed from the beginning. The congregation was very welcoming Sue says. They kept us busy – we didn't realise we were drawing away from our old life. Craig adds: We ended up rejecting all our family and friends. We felt superior – it's an underlying thing that comes from the top of RCI. We were led to believe we're the only right church. Giving 10 % of their earning to RCI and spending hour's speaking in tongues, Sue and Craig became fervent believers in the teachings of the church, which was founded by the late Lloyd Longfield in 1948 and is now led by his don Pastor Simon Longfield. And the couple brought up their kids Jordan, Jacob and Elly – now 17, 14 and 11 respectively – in that world. 
Trust in God
The situation became worse in 2003; Craig and Sue were living in Sydney and decided to buy a Melbourne investment property. Needing a conveyancer in Victoria, Craig was told of Glenn Duker. Unbeknown to them, Glenn was also a member of RCI. When they realised the connection, they saw is as a coincidence. Months later, the Williamses allege Glenn offered Craig a job at his new property company in Queensland, where Glenn was also appointed pastor of RCI's Gold Coast congregation.
Left High and Dry
The Williams family moved to the Gold Coast in May 2003. Soon after they claim Glenn asked a Favour. The banks wouldn't lend him more money to cover his property portfolio, so he asked them to put their names on several loans until he could refinance them. He claimed he needed to borrow the money from the couple as there was no cash flow in the company. "We trusted Glenn," Sue says. He was our pastor, our friend, our employer, and he promised to give us 100% indemnity. Craig adds, the pastors are extremely important in the church. You are told to obey them, and that they're the shepherds of your souls and we're the sheep. You're discouraged from questioning them. If you do, they use subtle standover tactics, subtly trying to sway your thinking. But soon the family was receiving default notices from the banks. They realised Glenn had brought $3.5 million worth of property in their names, exposing them to that level of debt. I felt sick when we heard that figure Craig says, I collapsed, it was like someone has stuck a knife in my heart. Craig and Sue were able to off-load the property debt, but still owe the tax office $200,000. They've also incurred legal costs. A creditors report has reveals 63 investors are owed up to $40 million by Glenn, thought to be in hiding in Melbourne. I believe the Dukers have hidden money, they live the lifestyle of millionaires, Craig says, I'm hoping the liquidators find the money and pay back those who have been ripped off. Meanwhile RCI has excommunicated the Williamses, and Sue and Craig have suffered depression as they struggle to start again. When we left the church I literally has to learn how to breathe on my own again, Sue says. That’s how much control they had over our lives. That’s how the control they still exercise over their members – total control.

Concerning the Dukers removal from fellowship,  the Dukers have been stood out /down temporarily and as soon as it all dies down he(Simon) will bring them back....... 
From whats starting to be heard, Rci are safe of the Dukers return for a very long time the examinations in Court last year are supposedly nothing compared to the Court actions that are likely to be persued,  it doesnt sound  to be dying down any time soon and rci will continue to be focused on because of their prominent involvement.
I can only imagine as the true amount of debts are revealled the media attention will only grow.
Nobody knew of the Exclusive Brethrens existance, now everybody knows what a warped twisted group it is, Rci will soon have the same reputation in the public eye- if not already.

There seem's to be a bit of 'radio silence'  on the Creditors meeting of RVP (the Dukers company) that was held up in Sydney this week.
Can any one confirm if the Dukers attended?

 I do not know if the Dukers were there but was any of the RCI Pastors there as Creditors, as Vic Samoilenko claimed he was? Or have they all received "preferential" payments from the Dukers or RCIs estates?

It is disgusting and spiritually disheartening when you hear comments that are made by people so vehemently but have absolutely no knowledge or experience of what they are talking about, such is a letter I have read it's details are not mine to reveal but my response is to all that have made comments, judgements  and joined in on the stoning of a family that have been irrevocably harmed. 

That's very sad but very typical of a concrete thinker they make the underground foundations of RCI and have never had their head above ground level to know any thing other than what they are told from above.
You must not take offense, although I am sure as we have all been, you and your friends are hurt by those you once considered friends, brothers and sisters.
There is a time for feeling sorrow and even weeping.
I would really say it's a mourning but continue also praying for the removal of scales, they are so blinded by these wicked self seeking men. 
What you have here is just a letter of ignorance feel sorry for their gullibility, at least the Williams gullibility was only financial through deception of men, they have stood firmly Scriptualy and Spiritually.
Hers is Spiritual gullibility and her condemning Judgements about people that I doubt she knows anything about, will be to her detriment as now she also will be judged. 
(it would be interesting to know if she does even know them?) These people have been so wronged not just by the Dukers  but by those that should have acted Spiritually and in the Lords strength. 
In doing things the Lords way it would have  protect not just them but the Integrity of the church.
The Pastors acted in their flesh and have in turn revealed the lack of Spiritual Integrity in the Church themselves,  by the revealing of their own deceptive handiwork for all to see. 
There are a lot of people that have been in this woman's shallow shoes in her ignorance and lack of Spiritual discernment concerning these matters, and some in realizing this, they are now needing to right their wrongs, be it their misguided attitudes or inaction to fight for truth they will need to seek forgiveness and make recompense for their wrongs towards the innocent parties.
 A while ago I saw an outreach Pamphlet that had Craig Williams testimony on it and  he had an incurable disease called Ulcerative colitis and had an amazing healing testimony. 
The person who showed me was from the Sydney assembly, he told me that was why Craig had left teaching  as it was impossible to teach as he would constantly have to leave the class room. 
So Sorry to your ignorant letter writer, but his change of profession was need not greed!!! 
He is an unpretentious bloke, who would rather a Holden any day.

Remember Revivalists YOU could be the next Williams, (unfairly, unjustly, disgracefully treated) by the establishment and oversight that YOU look up to and who are there to care for you.

Liquidator was said to have quoted Glenn Duker from a Wealth Creator magazine(Henry Kaye) Article he wrote-
 GD-You must have integrity in business,  Ethics, honesty, say what you mean and do what you say.
This is how he presented himself and gained peoples trust,  hiding within the Church as a trusted Pastor.
•Glenn Duker has refused to sign off on his testimony of the Supreme Court Examination Transcripts.
•All mail from Liquidator to Dukers  being returned, by Law liquidator must have available contact to the Liquidating company's Director-Lorilea Duker.
•Liquidator astounded by the level of non compliancy/unco-operativeness and lack of morality and deceptiveness from ALL Dukers.
•Confirmed Samoilenkos receiving of payment from RVP amount undisclosed and VS still of interest to investigation.

 It will be interesting now that the Dukers have been seen for their outright dishonesty and evidence of breaking the law, whether the other Pastors that have been ripped off by Duker, continue to sit in silence or will they now seek recovery of debts and legal action with the other creditors. 
Which would seem there only chance of recovery and build the case against the Dukers to hold them accountable.
Maybe with the reality of accountability and prosecution the Dukers may all come to repentance which would be the best outcome above any money recovery.
I can only imagine their silence(Pastors) is from guilt placed on them from Simon for doing business deals within the church.
Big deal, get over it- it's hypocritical manipulation. 
Simon bought his business from within the church and it effected other church members that were involved in the same business but he doesn't feel any guilt about his business in the church, so why should anyone else!
Learn from your mistakes and don't do it again, it is unwise but confess your faults and involvement, better before men than having to do it before God. 
What's far worse is Simon, he protected dishonesty preferring the wicked and has acted deceptively, committed perjury and acted vilely against the Dukers victims. 
Fox was willing to take a hand out to save himself, the price he paid with his silence was aiding the charade to continue allowing more people to be defrauded. Preferring the wicked for money.
Again Money before truth! 
Ian Paske,  often quoted Lloyd in saying "Do it because it's right" yet he also stayed silent with his prior arrangement with Glenn, but Frankston folk remember the complaints Ian made and they wont lie in Court if subpoenaed. 
Mackintyre -silent, Lovelock- silent. Both Victims of Fraud. We still have to obey the laws of this land.
Gaarenstroom jumped up, and down complaining till he was released from a Duker Deal at Simon's insistence, then Gaarenstroom claims he had no problems- that's called lying. 
McCauley Director of an insolvent company, knew fully of it's financial troubles, supported the wicked and is still a Pastor. He was the Pastor, positioned as shepherd to the Williams family, he verbally maligned them to others and stood for the wicked, should he be allowed to Pastor others with the same uncorrected attitude, where is the correction or discipline of such unjustl actions.
Matthew Duker committed these atrocities as a Director and received the benefit of a weekly wage from the stealing from others and is still in Fellowship. Has he made any form of recompense towards the victims he has financially benefited from- Sold his house, given his shirt or even given a Damn- Doubt it.
Still in denial just like the other Dukers, the Creditors Report cannot be denied. 
His prosecution wont be denied.
Seem's lying and deception is quite  acceptable behaviour in Revival centres. 
They have forgotten it's unacceptable to God.
Obviously Victors not going to complain, he seems to be the only one who didn't loose and managed to make $90K along the way. Dirty money stolen from others.
The buttering of that palm is rather obvious. His behaviour was guided by a  a conflict of interest and he accepted Glenns lies for cash. 
God was  never the pivot in this situation and so many knew it and still did nothing.
This guilty  silence has been manipulated by a men who deserves no respect,  Simons actions and Victors have been deplorable and nothing to do with following the word of God only deception and greed. 
Who do you serve God or Men?
It's about time everyone put aside their issues and started eating humble pie and spoke out the truth, regardless of consequences or personal embarrassment. 
Dont let the cock crow a third time metaphorically speaking.  (although after 4 years I think it's crowed more than that by now) 
Try to put this thing right as best you can. 
That will only come through being humble to truth and honesty.
It seems right and wrong is too simple a concept, maybe thats why scripture talks about set them to judge who  are least among you.
Even within our own Box Hill, it's the Epicenter of Confusion and turmoil amongst the people, meanwhile the pressure is is on to remove the Sydney Accountant assisting the Victims...again same repetitious unscriptural shameful behaviour- shoot the messenger. 
In times of trouble the foundation is revealed and for most the foundation is a way of life built around the familiarity of the Rci lifestyle and friends which has taken priority and  been put before the Love of God and being obedient to his word.
God help them and those that don't take a stand against such wickedness. 
He that is unjust in the least, is unjust also in much.

Toxic Belief #10: I must always submit to Authority.
The submission issue applies to unethical Leaders/Pastors.
When certain things are wrong, God wants you to move out of those circumstances or make the dirty secrets known.
I was aware of a misguided leader, a secretary was the only one willing to see the leaders flaws. 
When she risked her position to challenge the authority of the organization, no one believed her.
As a christian integrity matters, as a result of actions, the integrity of the organization was in jeopardy. 
The Secretary did what most would not do. She placed the principles of integrity above the principle of submission. Although she lost her position, I believe she did the right thing and eventually she was vindicated when it was discovered this leader had a part in other wrongful activities.
When authority is well placed, it respects the individuals over whom it has authority. 
When it is not well placed, it is our responsibility to expose the abuse and be part of the solution. 
Christ challenged the religious authorities who turned away from God and towards rules developed by men.
Christ stood up to those people and told them they were wrong.
He tried to produce change by what he said and how he lived.
 If we are to follow his example we must intervene when abuse is part of submission.
We must have the courage to follow Christ's example and over turn the system of the organization, if it is wrong.
Silent Submission in the face of dishonesty or abuse  only allows that abuse to be passed to a new generation. 
The abuse must end - even if it means risking financial security.
Faith in God allows us to move into uncomfortable zones for the sake of honoring him and proving the reality of our faith.
Submission can both protect and liberate.
When we submit to God, when we act according to his guidelines, we are freed, not bound.
When Gods work is compromised, submission must give way to responsible confrontation.

This aptly applies to the  all the Pastors involved in the whole Duker Situation, clearly all have been silenced in submission to the Authority of the men above them.
 It's about time to intervene and expose the hypocrisy and lies by those that allowed  liar's and a thieves to stay in the midst, harbored under the protection of the church. 
If this situation is not confronted and exposed, it will continue to grow and spread as the example to the next generation leading to further disobedience to Gods word and further departing from God as the Authority of our obedience.

This saying is one to bear in mind if you're attending RCI and don't like what is happening:

“WHAT YOU TOLERATE YOU SUPPORT”

Do you choose to tolerate (support) corruption? Oppression? Malice? Favouritism? Greed?

By remaining, you are showing your support of these things, support to man (church)...

Your loyalty should lie with God, not any particular church, doctrine or leader. We were called into relationship with Jesus, not a loyalty to doctrine & teachings...worship Him, not them...what will you choose? Even though you may not feel it, you actually do have a choice, make it.

But O’Brien, who played 102 games at three AFL clubs between 1989-97 and now coaches in the local senior league, has told Crikey that as much as he’s upset at being duped by the "shonky" Duker, he’s even more upset at the way corporate watchdog ASIC and legal advice has failed him.
Some estimates put the overall alleged swindles engineered by the disgraced former head pastor at the Gold Coast chapter of Melbourne-based Pentecostal Revival Centres International (RCI) church at Mermaid Beach at somewhere between $30-$40 million. It’s alleged the high-flying pastor lived a life of extravagant luxury while based on the Coast and continued to do so even after being stood down from his post.
Church leadership out of Melbourne continues to defend Duker as an innocent victim of the GFC. But although ASIC is now investigating him and his business associates, with civil litigation also pending against him and others from various third parties, O’Brien says this has come too late for him. In fact he is scathing of an earlier ASIC intervention that failed to shut Duker down following complaints made to it in 2006.
"What’s happened has been real hard for me," O’Brien explains.
"Between what I’ve lost off him and what I’ve had to get rid of to make ends meet, I’m about $900,000 out of pocket. I originally met him through a real estate agent who told me he had someone who was interested in buying my home which was for sale. He (Duker) had a consultant who looked at it and said that they loved the property, and then explained what they did.
"I would get $940,000 on the contract price of $1.35 million and we agreed he owed me $45,000 a year on interest with the balance to be paid off in two years. So I gave him debtor finance where he paid me 70% of the purchase price and I agreed for him to pay the other 30% at 10% interest. But it was going to be $380,000 paid in the first year and another $48,000 to be paid in the second year plus interest.
"At the time I said I wasn’t too familiar with this sort of deal and I needed to go to a solicitor who was familiar with this. He (Duker) recommended I go to a [legal firm] here on the Coast where he had done deals before. We then checked him out with a fine tooth comb which cost me $5000 to do all the searches. But then after agreeing the deal in July 2007, I started to get alarmed because he was meant to pay me three months in advance, but I never got the first payment on the balance.
"I was making calls to him and he kept saying how he wanted to catch up with me, but he was stalling all the time. Then three months into the agreement he now owes me two lots of interest which was more than $20,000 and still not returning calls. Then I accidentally ran into him at the airport and I put the hard word on him and said: 'Listen mate start paying me what you owe’' Then he paid me $20,000 and I got nothing after that.
"What made it so concerning was then when I rang my lawyer to help get this sorted out; he said it didn’t surprise him as he owed him money too. And I said: 'Well why did you let me go ahead with the deal if he owes you money?'"
To which O’Brien told Crikey, the lawyer did not respond.
"I had sought legal advice because it was unfamiliar to me because I’m a builder where I buy and renovate houses and then sell them. Normally I can carry that sort of (financial) weight for 12 months. I had borrowed $200,000 from an in-law to buy my next house. But once I realised Duker was going bad; because I had used his money to cover the mortgage, I then had to sell my property for $200,000 under market value just to get out."
"I couldn’t afford the repayments and didn’t want to default on that because I buy and sell property. I do one property a year on my own and also carry out work on other people’s properties. I’ve still got a $60,000 mortgage on that."
O'Brien has now got together with other victims including a Gold Coast woman who having lost her home to Duker, was forced to live in her car with no means of support.
"There are four of us here who’ve got together with similar situations where we’re all doing it as hard as each other. He’s wiped my real estate right out and I’ve been left with a big debt where I’m struggling to make ends meet with work real quiet too. I’m defaulting with things here and there and I’m just trying to keep my head above water. I’m now living day to day with no money and every time I do get money it goes straight out to debtors.
"He’s very smart the way that he’s done it -- it’s dead set fraud," O’Brien claimed to Crikey.
"There’s no doubt he was a smooth talker and I’ve got to give him credit -- he’s a genuine con man. It’s only looking back now I can see how everything he told me was all bullsh-t. I only met him once and the rest of our conversations were on the phone chasing him for money.
"But what disappoints me more than anything is where was my protection from this sort of thing? A big government body like ASIC should have stopped him back in 2006 when it investigated him when he was trading insolvent. If they had enforced what they’re there to do then he wouldn’t have got people like me because he wouldn’t have been able to be a director of a company or able to borrow any more money. But I think a lot of people from his church told them he had done nothing wrong.
"I don’t give a sh-t about the church, but I’ve lost everything I’ve ever worked for and now I’ve got a huge debt, because they didn’t stop him."
O’Brien and his victim group employed a private detective in 2008 to follow Duker and his wife for more than a week in Melbourne, where he is believed to continue to practice as a solicitor.
"We wanted to find out what he was up to and discovered he was paying $1700 a week for a decoy house, which they don’t live in. He pays rent but doesn’t live there so people don’t know where he does live. I tell you he’s a smart man -- no one can normally find him. His kids go to a private school and his wife was driving a nice BMW," an unimpressed O’Brien alleged.

The Pastor, his Ponzi scheme and a fleeced flockby Ross Stapleton
The liquidator of a company that had been operated by a former Gold Coast pastor and solicitor as a form of “Ponzi” scheme that’s alleged to have defrauded investors of millions while using these funds to lead an extravagant lifestyle is now intent on pursuing civil actions against the pastor, his family and the company auditor.
Creditors met in Sydney yesterday to be met with a report by Bruce Gleeson of Jones Partners, the Sydney chartered accountants acting as liquidator of RVP Group Limited. The report detailed how former Mermaid Beach pastor Glenn Philip Duker, 38, entered into various property scams allowing him to buy and sell million dollar homes that has left an estimated shortfall of $8-10 million in RVP’s company accounts. One prominent victim is former AFL player Craig O’Brien who now lives on the Gold Coast.
However, there are even more victims tied into other investor schemes independent of RVP’s structure that some estimates have put as high as an additional $30 million from a multitude of corporate shells set up by Duker. The pastor declared himself bankrupt in January, and is now believed to be again practicing law in Melbourne.
“Now he’s declared his bankruptcy, he can still be held to account for certain breaches of the companies act that took place, that would be of interest to ASIC let alone anyone else,” Gleeson told Crikey.
Gleeson says although victims are scattered across Australia, most of RVP’s affairs involved investors from Queensland, particularly the Gold Coast. Duker entered into agreements with mostly individuals, principally mum and dad investors who were procured by way of joint ventures or preference shares in shell companies.
Despite RVP never reporting a profit during its existence, Gleeson told creditors that not only was the company trading while insolvent but particularly from 2006 onwards the company was “defaulting on more and more” of the regular interest payment investors were meant to receive.
“RVP operated much like a Ponzi scheme,” Gleeson said. “To the extent that at some point in time in these Ponzi schemes  — when the music stops there are creditors that are inevitably owed money because schemes like this always rely on the influx of new money.”
Gleeson confirmed to Crikey that ASIC is also mounting its own investigations into the conduct of RVP and that of its directors, which included Duker’s wife Lorilea, and brother Mathew. The role of Melbourne-based company auditor Allan Walker is also very much in the sights of Gleeson, and bound to figure prominently in ASIC’s ongoing investigations.
Glenn Duker moved to the Gold Coast seven years ago where he undertook conveyance work, while also setting himself up in property development from 2002. In the following years he persuaded investors, including members of the Pentecostal Revival Centres International (RCI) church at Mermaid Beach where he became pastor, to enter into investor agreements with him.
RCI has been frequently likened to a cult after being founded in Victoria in 1958, and now claims some 300 chapters globally. Its fundamentalist followers believe members must speak in tongues to be saved.
Duker was devout in following an extra-curricular form of personal saving outside the church — Gleeson estimates there are around 30 individual victims caught out by the activities of RVP. While Duker was finally dismissed from his pastoral post after several years of complaints, an earlier 2006 ASIC investigation failed to halt his continuing scams, resulting in many millions more being lost by his victims. His brother continues to be a RCI pastor.
As Gleeson explained to Crikey, he’s found the way RCI has been a most reluctant witness in assisting his examination deeply disturbing. RCI has also publicly defended Duker as another innocent victim of the GFC:
I think what this has shown to me is that you have a scenario where it’s convenient for RCI to blame external and global factors on the failure of a company when really those things weren’t in play at the time. Certainly the evidence they gave under examination I believe was inconsistent.
It gets back to this situation where what needs to be established is that once they were on notice that Glenn Duker, who was in a position of a high level of trust being a head pastor of the Gold Coast chapter  — once they were on notice that he was potentially using that position to obtain monies for the activities of RVP  — did they satisfactorily deal with the concerns being raised?
Even to this day the reluctance of them to deal with the overwhelming information before them has been a little bit staggering, and while I don’t know the internal policies of how they deal with pastors or members where complaints have been made, there is a question mark put over whether they have acted on a timely enough basis once it knew of the seriousness of the complaints being raised.
RCI seemed to be waiting and waiting for more information and I think that served no other purpose than to antagonise members that have invested in RVP that were looking to it to take an appropriate stance with regard to Mr Duker.
Gleeson confirmed church members have expressed their consternation to him at the way they have been treated by RCI, but said it was a matter for individual members to comment on whether they had faced intimidation or pressure from their church over their desire to pursue Duker.
But the liquidator told Crikey he’s also very concerned by the role played by auditor Allan Walker.
“My focus is also quantifying the action against Mr Walker. The fact that the company operated at a loss each year and the fact that under oath Mr Duker and Mr Walker gave inconsistent evidence about how many properties the companies actually had an interest in, is of grave concern to me,” says Gleeson.
“…at no point in time during any of the years in which the company made a loss [revealed in] the financial statements which Mr Walker audited … did he give a qualified opinion. That’s where an auditor is concerned about a company’s ongoing ability to meet its debts as and when they fall due.”

With hopefully examination occurring within those in Pastorship as a result of their involvement or those with knowledge and chose lack of involvement in the Duker ordeal, I thought this relevant to post here (although it was also relevant to another thread also)
A Christian perspective of leadership in society is based on three fundamental biblical principles:
1. The priesthood of all believers.
2. The universal human need for leadership. 
3. The servant nature of leadership

Leadership will only be effective and safe if a balance is kept of these three perspectives.

1.  The Priesthood of all Believers
Every person is responsible to give account to God for his or her own life. There is no sense in which a king, minister, governor, leader, boss, leader, captain, or pastor has any titled premium on God's presence or favour. God communicates through His Holy Spirit to every person who personally desires a relationship with Him and is willing to approach Him through faith in the atoning work of Christ. 

Biblical Christian leadership, then, is not a matter of a leader standing between God and another person as 'God's representative' (that is, a 'priest'). Nor is leadership a matter of the leader’s unlimited authority over another person's life such that questioning the authority of a leader's opinions about a matter is automatically equated to disobedience to God.

In the light of this concept, then, leaders need to see themselves in the role of exercising real authority, but their authority is limited to specific areas and times in the lives of people who are, ultimately, accountable only to God. For example, the boss in a business has real authority over the worker inasmuch as he is dealing with a matter of employment, but outside of that, the boss has no authority. 

Church leaders have a special God-given responsibility to 'watch over the souls' of people who commit themselves to pastoral care. The role of this kind of leadership is identified in Scripture as that of the 'undershepherd'; that is, church leaders serve those they lead entirely on behalf of the Chief Shepherd, Jesus. The image of the shepherd is one of a servant who leads sheep to places of sustenance and safety and protects them from outside harm and from foolishness within. Similarly, church leaders exercise authority only to help people to better understand God and to walk in obedience to Him. People may choose, (but cannot be forced to) submit to the care of church leaders and obey them appropriately as a part of their submission to the care and authority of God. 

Human imperfection has led to many abuses of church authority, so we are wise to be careful to see that a church leader’s exercise of authority is always open to scrutiny and accountability in the light of God’s word. 

The concept of the ‘priesthood of all believers’ also has implications for the method of operation of leadership. Leaders can see the people they lead as a means to make the leaders’ vision, mission, or ministry more successful - and people become ‘pawns’ in the leader’s great game of life. Alternatively, leaders can see the people they lead as God's servants, gifted potential ministers of God’s kingdom into the society around them. The latter kind of leader will want to see the people they lead become more successful in their walk with and service of God. Such leaders will look to nurture people's gifts, encourage them to find God's peculiar call on their lives, and seek to release them to minister where God calls them.
2.  The universal need for leadership
A thoughtful perusal of the Bible leaves one in no doubt that God identifies we humans (somewhat unflatteringly!) as 'sheep' in need of shepherding. This is obviously true in a broader social context than our spiritual need of the Great Shepherd or of church discipleship. In all spheres of life (political, economic, scientific, educational, cultural etc), creative and productive development invariably follows the vision and action of gifted leaders. Conversely, communities without visionary and strong leadership suffer disillusionment, dissipation, lack of progress, and, eventually, social disintegration.
It seems that God’s plan for the peaceful, free, and prosperous operation of human community has properly constituted human leadership as one of its key elements. 
3.  The servant nature of leadership
In his training of His leaders-to-be, Jesus distinguished between 'gentilic' (self-seeking) leadership  and leadership that is based on the principles of humility and service (e.g., Matthew 20:24–28). The essential difference between these two kinds of leadership is the attitude of the leaders to themselves and the people they lead.
Jesus indicates that only the servant kind of leadership will be of use in the building of His eternal kingdom, so there is an obvious application of His teaching to Church leaders, Christian parents, and other Christian leaders. 
Distinguishing between the attitudes of 'gentilic' and servant leadership, however, is just as relevant to leadership in any sphere of society, whether the leaders and those being led are Christian or not. A biblical Christian perspective of leadership will make any leader, Christian or otherwise, more capable of leading in a way that is appropriate for the development of a free, peaceful and productive community. 

The biblical Christian perspective of leadership is characterized by an attitude of service. Leaders see themselves as the servants of those that they lead. In contrast to self-seeking leaders, who may seek to further their own reputation, profit, egos, or programs by using those they lead as 'consumer items', servant leaders put self-interest aside to look to the needs of the people they lead and to enhance the mission of the organization that they serve. The mission-mindedness and passion of servant leaders is tempered by their refusal to abuse people in reaching their productivity goals. Servant leaders will inspire and empower people to find their place and function within an organization rather than bully or manipulate them. When correction needs to be brought by a servant leader, it will be done with the best interests of both the one being corrected and the mission of the organization concerned.
Whether in the Church, business, politics, or volunteer organizations, the biblical Christian 'formula' for leadership will be effective in producing orderly, peaceful, productive, and pleasant community. This is illustrated by the fact that much contemporary leadership theory, although it is not all ostensibly Christian, advocates the application of some of these principles to modern business and organizational culture. 

As I hear it, I'll repeat it, Its up to you if you believe it! Allegation big and small, soon revealed before us all. outa here- Outa Egypt!

 By collating all the evidence provided thus far, there are now 6 pages of it, making this the largest thread ever with over almost 10,000 viewers, it seems undeniable that...Glenn Philip Duker (Director of RVP) now an X Pastor, Lorilea Leanne Duker (Director of RVP and Glenn's wife), recently X Pastor Matthew Charles Duker (Director of RVP), Pastor Simon (the Lloyd) Longfield, Pastor Victor Samoilenko, Pastor Steve MacCauley (Director of RVP) and last but not least the Accountant Alan Walker are all accountable, to varying degrees. Some will be answerable to the Law and it’s enforcement, all will be answerable to God! I wonder what other RCI Pastors have also been involved but not spoken up (due to Simon's pressure and threats)?

Hi OOE good article,I would add the following as well for good measure.

(1 Tim 3:2 -11NIV)  Now the overseer must be above reproach, the husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 
He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him with proper respect.
(If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God's church?)
He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil.
He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil's trap.
Deacons, likewise, are to be men worthy of respect, sincere, not indulging in much wine, and not pursuing dishonest gain.
They must keep hold of the deep truths of the faith with a clear conscience.
They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons.
In the same way, their wives are to be women worthy of respect, not malicious talkers but temperate and trustworthy in everything.

  As more and more genuine RCI folk start to question Simon over issues of the truth concerning his handling of 1) the Glenn Duker matter or 2) any other current issues, he will have to start putting more and more people out of fellowship, or they may just decide to leave of their own accord (after realising the hopelessness the situation due to the deceptiveness of the Senior Oversight (including Victor Samoilenko)! This website reveals the unscriptural behaviour of the RCI Pastors who would rather just: 1) Put them out without looking into the matter. 2) Abuse them so they are forced to go. 3) Not examine the evidence supplied which convicts them of the truth - that they, the RCI Pastors, are liars and God hates liars!
