While this book has been around for awhile, it is a pretty good one for those of us who want to continue to grow and learn after our various destructive experiences.

"Reinventing Your Life" by
Jeffrey Young Ph. D
Janet Klosko  Ph. D
The blurb says, "The breakthrough program to end negative behaviour," and also " Self-defeating behaviour patterns - how to stop the cycle that keeps you from attaining."

As usual, I will give a free plug for Amazon.com, only because this is about the easiest way to get any book and it will be delivered to your door.

Sometimes when we are "just out", the very idea of getting out and about to source anything can be too great.

Cheers,

Glad

hi Glad

I guess it's similar to  "Seven Habits of highly Effective People"  (Steven Covey).

i.e.  we all have past, but it  doesn't  necessarily  need to affect our future-  we essentially can  re-program ourselves.   It isn't always easy and does take time - but possible..... there is  hope

Cheers
