CAI put out an apology video on vimeo in 2019, rebranded as Christ in You Fellowship, and now they have had a few years to change. Anybody with contact with members after 2019 know whether CAI changed for the better since then? Where is it now on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being as bad as it was in the 2000s under Scott Williams, and 0 being like a mainstream Evangelical church?(Appreciate any anecdotes, like whether they still request renounciation of German citizenship once abroad, is disfellowshipping/shunning still a big deal etc.) |

Date Posted：30/11/2024 5:24 AMCopy HTML If the CAI continues to teach that one must: (1) repent, (2) be baptised (by full immersion in water), and (3) receive the Holy Spirit (with the 'evidence' of speaking in tongues), then it remains a heresy that stands outside of, and apart from, the body of Christ.

The new "leaders" did a good job of getting as many people to leave as possible. Was somehow impressive. They kept the properties, of course they did., cannot speak for the work weekends there but with so few peoples it must be difficult. Mine is third hand info though so may not be accurate. |

so, yeah, they might have changed to a happy-clappy, anything-goes approach, but anyone with a conscience would have said, let's sell the properties and reimburse all the people we ripped off for years rather than monetising them. They even ask for donations on their website. So, a change in the teaching maybe but no change to their corrupt and evil nature.
If anyone here has access to former HQLs or anything like that please can you let me know! Thanks. |

Most of the "teaching" (lol) is available on the WayBack Machine under www.cai.org (that would be the Category A-D stuff, including all the BI chaos) if that is any help (but I think you would be looking for all the "orders" and property related BS, right? |

Was actually looking for HQLs as they were always so deliciously spiteful - just wanted some quotes to use in something I'm writing. Someone had set up a site where you could access them, but it's not working. The property stuff is all public, as are the new group's, whatever their name is, annual reports, etc.
The Airbnb is horrendously expensive! Sleeps a lot of people actually - all the rooms are full of bunkbeds. Scott must be turning in his grave! |
