........ Needs a facelift badly. The design work is rather boring and stale and doesn't do much to make it an interesting and captivating web experience. It is rather dull to look at ..

Okay you've caught me in a bad mood, but I am really feeling like a good vent, so while I apologise for the following venom and over reaction, I will actually enjoy it. How dumb can I get and still breathe??? Oh, Frak you... you know, I actually called you an idiot in my original post, but then deleted it. I thought, "Nah, he's not an idiot, he's just over critical and full of himself". You're welcome to your aesthetical criticisms - sure, but I really don't think a more visually dynamic layout will turn the hardened heart of a Revivalist, but who can say eh? The text should be enough, and there's a fine line between distraction and satisfaction. Anyone interested in debunking Revivalism should be interested enough in engaging with the text. There's even audio for you to download and listen to, if you find it hard to read more than a few paragraphs in one sitting. Sure their actually are plans to move the information to another site down the track, and maybe a few bells and whistles can be sprinkled in for your website delight. What do you want from the cultweb site? Dancing babies? Would you like another morphing tongue like the one at the top of this forum? Would that sell the 'imformation' better. The writers of the cultweb website haven't really got time to make it purty, so that the visual simpletons like you can be turned on by multi-media. The build that website was based on is a tricky one and not very user-friendly. And anyway it's hard enough to find the money to keep the thing on the Internet. Maybe you could donate some money towards getting in a programmer to zing zing it up? Have you asked Ian why his Please Consider website is less visually dynamic? Is Ian's ability to breathe also astounding to you? The simple black and blue text on a white background is designed to be easy to read. There's a lot of text and information there and it needs to be a site that can be easily loaded up on any computer. Thanks for stirring me back into reality. I've just spent the last few days wondering about how dumb I can be. Thank you so much for asking. I can be pretty dumb boyo, uh-huh...sure, I spent half my life sucked into the cult of freaking Revival man. Cult. Yep fucking dumb man. Yeah, I'm so dumb I have a mp3 player attached to my tinnitus riddled ear that reminds me to breathe in and out. Who the Frak is this Lahad anyway. Weren't we waiting on you to tell us more about demons and shit. Looking forward to that. Holy crap, I keep finding Revivalists to annoy me back here in my hometown, and I get shite from ex-Revival muthas here. Fuck this sulking, already, I'm back. I got ranting to do. This has been another over-reaction brought to you by the easily baited and always willing to reply, Moth. Instagram and Twitter: @mothpete

None of the comments I posted on this thread were made with the seriousness of intent that you are implying.. If you are getting that easily offended then you have serious problems and in need of help. A good Godly Pastor at a good local church would be my recommendation where you can receive the love your soul is craving for, meanwhile I shall pray for you. Lahad |

I'm sure you weren't being overly serious and I acknowledge that yours was only a flippant opinion about the state of the cultweb website. I'm sure there are more interesting things you could have said about it, but you chose to focus on a negative aspect that hardly seems relevant to its purpose. I'm sure you didn't expect anyone to make a big deal about such a small comment - weird hey? Meh - Ok - Over reaction... sure, I also admitted that, and you're completely warranted to pull me up for it. I was triggered by your random criticism and I was being inappropriately nasty with you and picking on you as an excuse to make a noisy word vomit (which I needed to do, thank you very much). I am in a dark place at the moment and that's surely because I don't go to church, ya think? It would have to be the case hey? Bad things don't ever happen to church goers do they, eh? Pfft... I think I was offended by being called an idiot. Yep, I would have to say I was more then slightly triggered by the implied tone of being called 'dumb'. Reading back on it, it still seems like you were calling me 'dumb'... actually, you did call me dumb. I'll take that bait and throw it back at you and I'll raise you one before showing the cards. I'm sure you're not dumb, just ignorant on many things, but that's ok, we all are about various topics from the viewpoints of others. True? False? Yes, I'm easily offended. Who do you recommend me to see for my serious problems? A psychiatrist? Lifeline? A priest? Pub custodian? You? Yes, please do go on to tell me more about myself and what's best for me. I have the time and would love to hear more from you. I love it when people focus on me. I also appreciate that you're going to spend some precious moments in your life 'praying' for me. That's really sweet. I would like you to spend about three and a half minutes, in tongues, focussing on me once or twice a day for at least a week, plus a minute or two in your native tongue of understanding for good measure. Pray for my ear problem first, that way I can tell you if one of your prayers were answered. can't hurt. It seems you called me dumb because I didn't agree with your evaluation of what it takes to lure in and keep the interest of website readers who are indoctrinated with Revival crap. Fair enough. I quite like the look of my own website but I don't think my christian satire site would interest you, however, I would love to hear your critique on it. But now you seem to think all my problems are from not getting 'love' from a local pastor? I think perhaps you have homosexual tendencies (that's a reach, but it makes me wonder a bit). You want to submit to a church leader for what you believe is the best dose of love? I don't need a pastor in my life to tell me how to live as you seem to think people should. I think you need to let the Revival mindset go and think for yourself. You don't need to go to the local AOG to fill the god shaped hole in your heart until people like you successfully convince others such a hole exists. Doesn't your wife give you enough love? Kids? Family etc? Maybe if I believed I had a soul, I might think it craves this wondrous local loving godly pastor. Truth is, all we've got is a body and a brain to run it, and by a process of millions of years of evolution, we have a brain that is able to reason and think creatively... therein turn we've created religions and overly controlling churches in which to snare naive and hopeful 'love' searchers.
