Date Posted:31/01/2007 4:36 AMCopy HTML I am concerned that the forum changed ... why should we log in now?
There are sensible topics where it might be better to stay anonymous ...
the leadership of the CAI is able to "send their lawyers" ...
Please consider ... before many decide to leave this forum.

Set up a dummy gmail or hotmail account and join the forum as a member if anyone desires to participate anonymously in this forum. Gmail accounts do not contain i.p. addresses and therefore can be used to very safely use this forum without fear of identities becoming available. Moddy Unkoolmail

Re:Why to log in? Date Posted:31/01/2007 5:02 PMCopy HTML I really wouldn? worry about the CAI lawyers. CAI is not a legal entity in the majority of countries where it exists. And it would cost a fortune to sue someone in Europe from Australia ... with the CAI exodus CAI need all the money they have just to keep up their payments and Scott? lavish lifestyle. Plus he has to keep up the "we all love each other and don? judge each other" until everything has died down so the big red messages demanding more offerings, etc. will also have to remain a thing of the past for now. Scott also knows any court case made against anyone on this board is going to open up such a can of worms that he really isn? going to try it. He? evil, but not stupid. He might threaten because most people are intimidated by the threat of legal action and don? realise when they?e well within their own rights. But don? buy it. You?e entitled to your opinion and he has spread enough slander and gossip by means of the internet about everyone here and many who aren?. He doesn? have a leg to stand on. |

Re:Why to log in? Date Posted:15/02/2007 6:37 AMCopy HTML It appears that the postings here in the forum have been decreased dramatically since we have to log in. Maybe Unkoolman you should think about your policy. For me personally it makes no difference anymore but how it seems for many others.

The CAI posts have decreased, but it's not hard to join this forum as a member and continue posting as usual. If ex-CAI members don't want to go to the trouble of signing up then I can't imagine them having anything they really want to add. The 'signing in' has fixed our problem of anonymous users coming in and being abusive. I don't think the board will revert back to anonymous posting while I'm moderating it. Too many people were hurt by vindictive individuals, and I don't want possible future hurts to be on my head. Moddy Unkoolmail
