Date Posted:08/03/2007 6:17 PMCopy HTML Having bad thinking in you head is like Snake-Eggs in your head.Num 11:16 And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto meseventy menof the elders of Israel, whom thou knowestto be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.Num 11:17 And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.Notice Moses Chose NOT GodThe 70 Rise UpNum 14:1 And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night.Num 14:2 And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!Num 14:3 And wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt?Num 14:4 And they said one to another,Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt. (Jaazaniah)Notice "Let US make a Captain"Num 14:9 Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defense is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not.Num 14:10 But all the congregation bade stone them with stones. And the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of the congregation before all the children of Israel.Num 14:11 And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be ere they believe me, for all the signs which I have showed among them?NO FAITH!!!SNAKE EGGSIsa 59:4 None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; theyconceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.Isa 59:5They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper. There is a progression. A process where we brood over the thoughts and if we are not carefull we will hatch SERPENTS.Evil thoughts and Wrong thinkingWhat happened when the Seventy Elders allowed the evil thoughts to hatch??Eze 8:7 And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall.Eze 8:8 Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door.Eze 8:9 And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here.Eze 8:10 So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, portrayed upon the wall round about.Eze 8:11 And there stood before themseventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up.Eze 8:12 Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth.Several Generations later the Seventy Elders and their Decendents becameThe SanhedrinWho Crucified Jesus.According to Jewish tradition it was constituted by Moses and was reorganized by Ezra immediately after the return from exileThe Hellenistic kings conceded a great amount of internal freedom to municipal communities, and Palestine was then practically under home rule, and was governed by an aristocratic council of 70 Elders (Josephus)The head of which was the hereditary high priest. The court was called Gerousia, which in Greek always signifies an aristocratic body.. Subsequently this developed into the Sanhedrin. The Sanhedrin was abolished after the destruction of Jerusalem (70 AD).Jer 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?Jer 17:10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.Don't put your trust in your own opinionsRom 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.Rom 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.God's SeventyLuk 10:1 After these things the Lord appointedother seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.Luk 10:19Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpentsand scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.Luk 10:20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.David was 30 years old when he was made King,Look what happened to King David when the thought got in him that he could have more wives.Deu 17:14 When thou art come unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and shalt say,I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that are about me;Deu 17:16 Buthe shall not multiply horsesto himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses: forasmuch as the LORD hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that way.Deu 17:17Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold.David never had a problem with Money or Horses But he did have a problem with Women. And you know who; was watching.2Sa 5:13 And David took him more concubines and wives out of Jerusalem, after he was come from Hebron: and there were yet sons and daughters born to David.2Sa 5:4 David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years. When the LOOK voice gets louder the DON'T LOOK voice you've got problemsWe are Kings and Priests of GodDavid was 50 Years old when he fell to Adultery so if you have been walking with God for many years you better listen up!!2Co 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivityevery thought to the obedience of Christ; If the enemy can't get you to fall to blatant sinBRHe will use snake eggs.Heb 12:15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God;lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;Heb 12:16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.Heb 12:17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.Seek the lord while he may be found.2Ti 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.2Ti 2:23 But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do engender strifes.2Ti 2:24 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,2Ti 2:25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;2Ti 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.Offending and Taking Offence.Taking OffenceΣκάνδαλον skandalonA "scandal; a trap stick (bent sapling)that is used to trap prey, that is,snare(figuratively cause of displeasure or sin): - occasion to fall (of stumbling), offence, thing that offends, stumbling-block.Taking offence is like a trap that allows you to fall into the "Snare of the Devil" Having thick skin is vital for your survival!!Control your thought life!!Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: butbe ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.Renew your mind & get those snake Eggs out of you Head!!Principle of Positive ReplacementRom 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ,(The positive) and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof. (The Negative)Jam 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. (The positive) Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (The Negative)Php 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise,Think on these things. Conclusion:If We harbour ill-feeling towords others we ultimately loose out. To FORGIVE is to FORGET. Learn, move on if you must but don't attack people who wrong you. Leave the Judging to God...If you find this hard to do, this story may help.In the early church many Roman soldiers were converted,Imagineif the soldier who nailed Jesus to the cross came to the Lord.Imagine10 years later, him sitting in a meeting and Peter gets up at Communion time and says REMEMBER THE SACRIFICE of JESUS. What do you suppose would be going through the mind of that Soldier?Guess What;YOU ARE THAT SOLDIER!!!!That same soldier would have witnessed Jesus say. "FORGIVE THEM FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO"How forgiving would that Soldier be if someone offended him?Go ye and DO likewise.
Gal 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

it is the glory of God to conceal a matter but the honour of kings to search it out.

Re:When Christians Use Chat rooms to air greivances is this wrong??? Date Posted:09/03/2007 6:39 AMCopy HTML Totaly agree about holding bad thoughts is not good for anyone but sometimes bringing things into the open is the only way to move on. There is also an obligation to alert others of snares set for them. If you have been hurt it is not showing love to your neighbour to allow them to stumble. Making mischeif is sinful and these forums can be used for evil but can also can be to God's glory. The same as any medium or communication. ¡uıɐƃɐ ʎɐqǝ ɯoɹɟ pɹɐoqʎǝʞ ɐ ƃuıʎnq ɹǝʌǝu

Your unfailing love, O Lord, is as vast as the heavens; your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds. Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the ocean depths.

There is another group who spoke with passion about the word of God. They were intimate with scripture, and what a zeal they had for the things of God. You know who I mean right? They were the ones who ultimatly crucified him. Knowing the WORD, being Passionate, having a Zeal for God. How about "by there fruit you shall know them" it is the glory of God to conceal a matter but the honour of kings to search it out.

what exactly do these scriptures have to do with unforgiveness??? since i know there are some on the subject- ones that are clearly to the point.... i wonder why you would try to make an argument with scriptures that are mostly to do with murmering against god (none of these cults or the oversite are god, no matter what they think) yes unforgiveness is a burden but no forgiveness does not equate to forgeting should we stay and alow a corupt oversite hurt and destroy us over and over? no when we can do nothing to fix the problem we should walk away should we close our mouths and not tell our stories so otheres can know what is going on?? no it is not only healing for us to let secrets out but can help otheres who may trhink they wer the only one- and as the bile says... the truth will set you free should we stop people who are hurting from crying out their pain?? no instead there is a forum for us to go to, a place where we can have a say, where there are other people who know where we have been and are encoraging us as we try to heal from talking to different people here i know that many are able to forgive in time and everyone here is at a different stage in their recovery prahaps instead of trying to shove scriptures down our throughts you should get on your knees an pray for a christ like heart- an recive alittle of his compassion and love
