There were a number of talks on the subject of tongues but an Indian Pastor advised that his assembly were reluctant to use tongues in their meetings and were suggesting that they could do without this element. It was advised that the London Assembly had now reached 30 members, not bad in a city of 8.5 million inhabitants ( although we would have to discount the large Muslim population who would be extremely unlikely to convert! What's the bet this Indian Pastor has been privately reprimanded by now or even excommunicated altogether. Maybe his assembly also. I believe in Christianity as I believe the sun has risen; not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. C.S.Lewis.
