Date Posted：19/04/2007 12:22 AMCopy HTML So lets be positive--- let's talk about our favourite songs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I loved chorus time and I loved the hymn singing ( except when the leader would stop it coz the band was playing too high- or low- or something- who cares??? who even noticed???? And it ruined the song! And all the people said...........Just belt it out- I love singing- ( I can't sing to save myself- but that hasn't stopped me!!!!)I'll start... I like-I love the Lordbecause he heard my voice....( and thought- u poor thing- I'll have to love u- nobody else will- with a voice like that!!!) ahhahahahahahaWhen u look for me- look around the thronecome let us singGlory Glory Hallelujah, since I lay, my burden down...I came out of the waters of baptism hahahaha (except the part about coming up speaking in tongues!!!!)There is a Saviour, and He died for me, but he rose again- to set us free.( except the part about-"with this new tongue".(I sing different lyrics to that part when I sing it now)Now it's your turn-( whoever you are!!!)

It was a crack up!!!!, but kinda negative... Other songs I love are Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!! The old fave- "Amazing grace How seet the sound.... that saved a wretch like me..." (and to think-that someone from Revival told me that it means- tongues is the "sound"!!!!! Classic-- and I used to tell people that too..... aaaaaggggghhhh! (I'd be essentially sayinging "tongues is the sound that saves us (thru Jesus of course!). very sad.) (Maybe it just really means that grace is amazing!!! Because it's God's grace that saves us!!!! And all the people said.... AMEN!) I also love a lot of hillsong music- who loves that too? And... Sons of Korah seem really cool- they just seem to sing mainly the Psalms from the Bible!!! |
