I remember chatting to Rob Bodi at the hall one day and in the course of the conversation he sang two lines of 2 different hymns. It went something like this, "Living on the Shore, I'm living on the Shore. Launch out into the deep, Oh let the shore line go."

Without saying another word, he just grinned in his inimitable style. He didnt need to say anything else. He had made the point.

Contradictions ?    Try this one.....

                     Paul Heis was incharge as a bastor in LA with a helper ...  Greg Rule, formally from Warnnambool Vic. assembly and after the FAILURE  in LA, Greg and his family returned to his old assembly. 
                    As we all know, Paul is one of Noddy Noels  "blue-eyed " favourites and for reasons unknown, Nasty Noddy Noel has to take it out on someone, to cast the impression and blame on to some-one and consequently, we find that Nasty Noel saw fit to put Greg out of fellowship. Now apparently this is not how pastor Russell Ivermee saw it and so re-enstated Greg back into the  "fold".
                    Well guess what ?  Nasty Noddy didn't like this and OVER-RIDED Russell and stood down Greg down for a second time !  Now doubt Russell  must feel gutted, cheated  and dicouraged  ......

What a CONTRADICTION

                     Needless to say, there is NO love lost there - between W'bool and Geelong !

Heres a great contradiction from my GRC experience -

1- from the platform the saints are encouraged to witness to their unsaved family to see them saved.
2- when I was saved i was told by Pastor Hollins not to tell my unsaved family for a few years because they would try to make me backslide.

I followed his instruction, and after a few years Pastor Hollins gave me permission to tell my unsaved family that I was saved ... his plan backfired because I still ended up backsliding (all by my self) PRAISE THE LORD!

AND ALL THE PEOPLE SAID .....
