I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn"t, than live my life as if there isn"t, and find out there is"

Many thanks for that earthy, I ticked everything on the left side except for one thing - I loathe maths and science but love philosophy and religion. However, guess what my job entails? Yep, maths - well to be more precise, accounting!

I've just finished a book that talks about living in God's unique plan for each one of us - (I didn't even think about Him having a 'plan'  for my life until I left RF - was I thick or what?)  I won't go into details here about this book as it's probably better in the Recommended Reading section.  Just a quick overview taken from the back cover;   "God made only one version of you, He custom designed you for a one-of-a-kind assignment. God gave you uniqueness, a talent, a skill, one that is yours alone to use in honouring Him.  He has a special destiny for each of us and He wants you to live it every day so that you aren't just existing in God's creation but thriving in His plan"

It has made me start to reflect on my life, what I have accomplished and what I hope to accomplish (through God's grace) in the future. I feel very excited about moving forward as God leads. I've never been a risk-taker, more of a 'plodder' but am now seriously considering making some changes (after 13 years in the same 'safe' job & 20 years in the same field). I'm starting to see that if we feel the call of God on our lives, we have no choice but to go with it if we love and trust Him as we say we do.

Tried this, I got right brain, but at will I can get the image to spin the other way, but as soon as I look away and read some text, the image changes directions yet again.

Not bad....
