This may not be the correct place but I can't find any other way of making contact about this problem. What happens is that if I am not logged in, I can browse all forums, but not post, which is probably correct.

But if I am logged in, on the RF or RCI forums when I try to select a topic (not to post, just read) I get the message

However, the link makes no provision for actually upgrading, nor did making a donation.

It was working correctly a few days ago. Oh, and the CAI and various other forums do work correctly.

Hi Jeremiah99, me too. Unfortunately I've clicked on 'Upgrade to advanced member' a number of times, realising that I'm sending a pm to the moderator inadvertantly.

Hopefully it will be mended soon.

Thanks for informing me of this problem. I think I have solved it, but please let me know if you still cannot get access.

The 'permissions' for the forum are still a work in progress.

 Hi Mod, still seems to be a problem here. I tried to access the RF forum, but it said "only moderator and admin can access'.  I was logged in at the time.

Thanks. It is fixed now, and commendably quickly.

I am off to the meeting now (not RF or RCI), which is at 3pm UK time, but I will be back later to post something on the RF forum.
