Scott was always big on invented titles, invented miracles, invented healings, invented anointings etc. he even invented a military career for his father that was bunkum. If I had been in his favour (God forbid!) I probably in time would have been spoken of as a Field Marshall (while in fact I was ten ranks below!)
If he saw three caterpillars grouped he would immediately make one of them a sub, sub, sub, somethingorother and call them the "Ringcaterpillardepartment". It's called delusions of grandeur. it's a Pentecostal phenomenon, God is always supposedly doing "great works" somewhere and there is "a great revival happening", and Scott would get all fired up into "prophesies" and "signs" and "patterns" and things "clicking". If you had an expectation of seeing these "great works" and you live in Tasmania, then the great works were always some place like Outer Mongolia. If you live in Outer Mongolia, they were probably at Machu Picchu, in Peru.
In a recent cleanout I found a book he had sent me with his "stamp" and written of course in red biro. It was some speculative nonsense about Jesus having spent some time as a young man in the West Country of England with Joseph of Arimathea, which of course Scott immediately declared as proof of British Israel and the inhabitants of Great Britain as Israelites! I don't like destroying books, but I couldn't in conscience even give it away, it now resides where it belongs ... at the tip.
The amazing thing is that some people who have some time ago departed from the CAI still believe that Scott did wonderful things, miracles, healings etc. They still cling to British Israel, Numerics, Pyramidology, food laws and a whole plethora of other mumbo-jumbo, that the average witch doctor in the highlands of New Guinea would eschew!
As much as he demeaned Germans in the CAI, most of whom worked very hard and obeyed him, whilst he robbed and abused them, it is no coincidence that he put in place a regime that made Nazi Germany look like a kindergarten.
He as a self appointed Caesar in his delusional mind could declare "Veni Vidi Vici" (I came, I saw, I conquered). Forgetting of course that of course "pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18 ESV).
